By registering an account, requesting workspace access, or utilizing any services provided by the Comiq Quick Commerce Intelligence Platform, you confirm your legal authority to bind your organization and expressly accept all terms, guidelines, and compliance frameworks stipulated herein.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Comiq grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our proprietary commerce telemetry dashboards, SKU analytics, and competitive price matching engines.

• Credentials must be strictly safeguarded and never shared across unauthorized organizational entities.
• Workspace tenancy is bound to your approved corporate domain and subscription tier.
• API access keys are monitored in real time and subject to strict rate limits.

All intelligence models, algorithmic matching weights, aggregated market benchmarks, software code, and UI designs remain the sole intellectual property of Comiq. Unauthorized extraction or reverse engineering of data structures is strictly forbidden.
